Surfski Technification Session:

Objective of the activity:

Improve and correct bad habits in paddleing, sailing and rescueing, to improve the style and be able to go out to sea with more autonomy.

Themes to play:

- Bad habits paddleing.

- Effective low brace technique during surfing.

- Ruddering techniques.

- Stability control in bad waters.

- How to keep up the pace against the wind.

- Downwind technique.

- Effectively embark in deep water.

- Rescue and self-rescue.

When?

Tuesday and Thursday from 18 to 20. To specify.

Place:

Port of Badalona, in front of the Boat Rampa.

Price:

50 euros/person and session. 6 session vouchers are available for 250€.

Includes activity-specific equipment, showers, changing rooms and insurance.

To bring:

Swimsuit, lycra or similar t-shirt, cap or similar, booties or footwear for wetting, sun protection and towel.
